The spirit lasts until the longtooth shifter shaman falls unconscious or until the longtooth shifter shaman dismisses it as
a minor action. The spirit occupies 1 square. Enemies cannot move through its space, but allies can. When the longtooth shifter
shaman takes a move action, the longtooth shifter shaman can also move the spirit a number of squares equal to the longtooth
shifter shaman’s speed.
The spirit can be targeted by melee or ranged attacks, although it lacks hit points. If a single
melee or ranged attack deals 13 damage to the spirit, the spirit disappears, and the longtooth shifter shaman takes 8 damage.

- At the start of the longtooth shifter warden’s turn, the longtooth shifter warden can make a saving throw against one effect
that a save can end. On a save, the effect immediately ends, preventing it from affecting the longtooth shifter warden on

warden still makes a saving throw against the effect at the end of the longtooth shifter warden’s turn.
