Khan was formerly a body guard for Balmorra's diplomatic ambassador. (Balmorra is a significant Empire world.) He was recruited by the Imperial Sith Force, and has finished two years of training. As the campaign began, he given his first command.
In the fine tradition of roleplaying everywhere, Khan was thrown from his original plan on day one. Still, he is gaining control over the force and doing so (relatively) quietly.
