We skipped Friday the 20th so everyone can enjoy the upcoming battle. If the upcoming day doesn’t work for you, please let me know. Otherwise, let’s look forward to a fun evening!

Next Game: Friday, February 13th
Our next game is on Friday the 13th; your reconnaissance has gone well and you’re preparing for the assault. You mentioned trying to plan a bit before next week– use email and comments to work it out. If you have questions, just let me know!
Pizza continues to suffer from overuse, so we’ll each grab food on the way this week. Hopefully a couple of weeks of enjoying something different will restore out pizza loving taste buds.
Roleplaying continues February 7th
We’re on track to game Friday night, February 7th. It looks like we’ll have a short night, with Mike and Kev needing to call it quits early (due to an early start Friday for Kev and Saturday for Mike). You’re currently in the hastily converted barracks along the river, about 3 miles upstream of Viffil. During the night you fought off a probe by a pack of demon dogs and a demonic archer; we’ll pick up the next morning.
Next Game: Friday January 30th
We’re looking forward to a session this Friday, January 30th. If you’ll have a problem making it, please let us know.
You finished the last session at the plantation where the demons were slaughtering the fleeing people. You’re just a few hours away from the city now, if you continue down stream. (You can see it in the distance.)
Next Game: Friday, Jan. 16th
After defeating and killing the Dwarven King (though the body vanished), the group decided to hole up and enjoy a few tankards celebrating their victory. Can everyone make it Friday? Let us know if Friday won’t work– otherwise we’ll start at 6:30 as usual.
Friday, Jan 9th
We resume on Friday, the 9th. Does anyone have a problem making it? We’ll need to figure out schedules and possibilities, and make sure that Fridays are still available for everyone given the new semester.
Does anyone remember where we left off? You just defeated the remainder of the elite guard, in the snow, a day and a half’s march from the great volcano. Any thoughts on your upcoming actions so I can prep appropriately?
Gaming Next Year
Enjoy Christmas and Boxing Day (the 26th). Friday, January 2nd is looking unlikely– Jennifer’s Mom is due in from Salt Lake around then. If they run behind schedule, I’ll call around and try to schedule a last minute game. Otherwise, we’re looking at the following Friday, January 9th. How does that work for you?
Next Game: It’s a tricky season
UPDATE 2: At the moment, it looks like we’re on for tomorrow night, though Ben has a challenging day and Jennifer’s traveling back from Modesto.
At the moment, December looks like a tricky month for scheduling. Despite that, let’s see if we can make anything work. Update: This weekend (12,13,14) is out due to work scheduling [Kev] and other commitments [Jennifer and Dad]. How does Friday the 19th work for you?
This weekend [December 5, 6, 7] is out; Ben is studying for finals. I suspect Kev’s coming up on finals of his own. Instead of scheduling a game, let’s all make flashcards and quiz them!
Next weekend, Jennifer’s having a work party on Friday night (the 12th). The rest of the weekend might be possible– are you available Saturday or Sunday? Let us know in comments.
If the above doesn’t work, we can talk about arranging the next weekend [December 19, 20, 21]. Hopefully we’ll be able to discuss it in person at the end of a session next weekend– but if not, start thinking about it now.
Happy holidays everyone!
Next Game: Friday November 14th
Continuing your fight against the rampaging dwarves and saving the gnomish expeditionary force will resume on Friday, unless that doesn’t fit your schedule. Let us know if Friday’s any problem– it sounded like it would be OK last week, but I’d like to make sure.
We’re on for Friday (October 17th)
Kev called and said his schedule will let him make it both this week and the next one. Remember, this week we’ll start at 7 PM– I’ll be picking Jennifer up from the airport.
Do we want to grab food on the way, or order pizza like normal?
